Because each transaction is written to the blockchain, it requires your approval. The WAX Cloud Wallet will ask you to confirm transactions associated with different smart contracts, as you encounter situations that will write your response to the blockchain.
Please note: Clicking the checkbox next to "Always sign those transactions on my behalf for play.alienworlds.io" does not currently work. This is a known issue and can currently not be changed.
